All orders are processed within *8-11 business days* after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method.

## Order Tracking

## Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within *48 hours* of receiving your package.

Please include:

* Photos of the damaged product
* Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide a suitable resolution.

## International Shipping

At this time, cleanaesthetics.co.za primarily ships within South Africa.

If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
